Invoices are payable in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice.

Information shared during coaching and consulting engagements will be treated confidentially, except where disclosure is required by law, necessary to prevent serious harm, or otherwise agreed between the parties.

Where services are delivered through third-party coaching platforms or corporate programmes, additional confidentiality arrangements may apply.
