Karen Kwong, CEO and founder of RenOC. After spending 15 years working at a senior level in the financial industry, Karen decided to focus upon those aspects of her career that she found most rewarding – getting the best out of people. As a consequence, she enrolled on a Masters course in Organisational Psychology and completed the course in September 2013.

RenOC works very closely with a team of fully qualified and independent associate consultants and coaches. All team members have had a minimum of 5 years in a business environment, and individual or organisational development work experience. Our consultants are qualified Ability and Personality Assessment Users.
